Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to overdue customers at their registered/residential addresses.
• Follow up with customers for pending loan repayments and overdue amounts.
• Drive payment collections and achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
• Follow up on PTPs and ensure committed payments are received within the agreed timeline.
• Handle customer interactions professionally while following SaveIN's collection policies and fair-practice guidelines.
• Update visit outcomes, customer commitments, payment status and field remarks on the collection system.
• Escalate unreachable, disputed, fraudulent or high-risk cases to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with the tele-collection and internal collections team for case resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and proof of field visits wherever required.

Candidate Requirements: IIBF DRA Certification – Mandatory.

• Prior experience in field collections/recovery, preferably in NBFC, banking, fintech or lending.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local language of the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.
• Comfortable working with collection targets and field-based responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for updating field visit outcomes.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant field collection experience preferred.
