HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policies, and compliance-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening and shortlisting candidates.

Handle employee onboarding and maintain employee records.

Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.

Assist with compliance assessments and audits.

Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.

Support GST-related documentation and compliance activities as required.

Coordinate with employees and management to address HR-related concerns.

Requirements:

Gender: Female

Age: 25–35 years

Education: Postgraduate

Preferred Qualification: MBA (Executive)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

English: Basic English

Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, compliance audits, and GST.

Shift: Day Shift, Full Time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month
