Stipend: ₹13,000 + ₹1,500 (DBT)

This is a 1-year apprenticeship role under the Government NAPS Scheme.

After completion of 1 year, candidates will receive a Government Certificate.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and overall employee management activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, documents, and HR databases.

• Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records.

• Assist with payroll coordination and related HR activities.

• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other official HR letters.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and procedures.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

• Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

• Good organizational and record-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Details

• Working Hours: Will be discussed and finalized during the interview.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Location: Shriram Industrial Estate, GD Ambekar Marg, Wadala West, Wadala, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400031
