OG Realty is hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Executive (Recruiter) to join our team in Kandivali West, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing talent, and supporting our growing manpower needs in the real estate sector.

## Job Overview

* Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment, telecalling, or similar calling profiles 

* Industry: Real Estate 

* Department: Human Resources 

* Salary : 20-25k PM

## Key Responsibilities

* Talent Sourcing: Find qualified candidates using job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

* Candidate Screening: Make high-volume recruitment calls to explain job roles, salary details, and screen applicants based on skills and experience.

* Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and department heads.

* Follow-up Management: Keep track of interview feedback, manage salary discussions, and handle candidate onboarding/joining documentation.

* Pipeline Building: Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

* Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with HR and Sales teams to understand ongoing manpower requirements.

## Candidate Requirements & Skills

* Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months in recruitment are eligible. Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment is a major advantage.

* Communication: Good telephonic, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Mindset: Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office and recruitment portals.

* Location: Must be comfortable working from our office in Kandivali West.
