Job Description
- Executing - Installing & commissioning of HVAC sites management with experience in VRF systems / Chillers with a proven ability to manage people, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to address project requirements and resolve any issues. Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
- - Coordinate with material vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
- - Monitor on-site activities to ensure high-quality execution in line with project specifications. Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
- - Handle measurement certifications to validate work progress and accuracy. Ensure customer bills are prepared and submitted on time, maintaining proper documentation.
- - Manage material inventory and logistics to avoid delays in project execution.
- - Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
- - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related updates, site measurements and project reports and documents
