WE ARE HIRING – CALL CENTER AGENT / INSIDE SALES AGENT
Company: L&T-SuFin (Solido & Gravis Brands)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 2–5 years
Education: B.A. / B.Com. Graduate
Gender: Male / Female
Employment: Third-Party Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactivate inactive online customers and dealers.
- Generate leads and convert fabricators into regular buyers.
- Promote industrial, welding, safety and LED products.
- Follow up on enquiries and pending orders.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer service.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
