Job Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International BPO Voice Process. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking to build your career in customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility
HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational US, UK, or Australian shifts.
Basic computer knowledge.
