6 Days Working (Weekends Mandatory)

Weekly Off between Monday to Thursday

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Advisor to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making high-volume outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, and driving conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Make 200 to 300 calls daily including follow-ups and lead engagement activities.
• Attend inbound inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Explain products, services, and offerings effectively to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through telecalling activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for closures and customer support.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Contact Centre roles.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calling processes preferred.
• Comfortable with 6 days working and weekend working schedules.

• Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, BPO, EdTech, or similar industries preferred.
