IT Project Manager – Insurance

Build. Integrate. Deploy. We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can build and deliver web applications end-to-end—from responsive user interfaces and robust APIs to database design, deployment, and production support. You will collaborate with our frontend and backend developers and guide the System & Server Administrator on infrastructure, server, and deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React or Next.js; experience with Angular or Vue is also welcome.

·        Convert Figma/UI-UX designs into clean, reusable components for desktop and mobile.

·        Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred), Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).

·        Design database schemas and optimize queries for MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

·        Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth 2.0, OTP, and role-based access control.

·        Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp, email, and maps.

·        Deploy and maintain applications on AWS and Linux-based/on-premise servers using Nginx, PM2, SSL, Docker, and CI/CD where applicable.

·        Troubleshoot issues across the application stack, improve performance, and address common security risks such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.

·        Write and review code, perform testing, use Git workflows, and maintain clear technical documentation.

·        Coordinate and assign infrastructure tasks to the System & Server Administrator, review server/deployment work, and ensure infrastructure supports development requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications 10 years of full-stack development experience, including multiple projects taken live.

·        Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with React or Next.js.

·        Practical backend development experience with Node.js (preferred), Python, or PHP, including REST API development.

·        Working knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

·        Experience with responsive UI development using HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

·        Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and Git-based collaboration.

·        Experience deploying applications on AWS or Linux servers, including Nginx and SSL.

Good to HaveDocker, CI/CD pipelines, Redis, WebSockets, GraphQL, React Native or Flutter, payment gateway integrations, and experience working on insurance, fintech, or other transaction-driven products.

EducationB.E./B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA, or a related qualification in Computer Science/IT; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
