Job Description

Position: Associate / Senior Associate

Industry: Café / Food & Beverage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders and ensure accurate service.
  • Handle billing/POS and cash transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café.
  • Support food & beverage preparation and serving.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Follow company SOPs and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • 10th / 12th pass preferred.
