Job Description
Floor Supervision: Oversee assigned dining sections, monitor table settings, and ensure adherence to service standards and hygiene rules.
Guest Relations: Welcome arriving guests, assist with seating or reservations, present menus, take precise orders, and perform suggestive selling.
Kitchen Coordination: Act as the primary link between guests, the bar, and the kitchen to ensure prompt order relay and timely food delivery.
Problem Resolution: Proactively check on guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback or complaints swiftly and professionally.
Billing & Closing: Supervise check processing, manage POS entries, and prepare end-of-shift sales and feedback reports. [1, 2]
