Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Laptop Repair Technician to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for laptop repair, troubleshooting, inspection, and quality control of devices before dispatch.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair laptops, including hardware and software issues.
- Perform laptop inspection, testing, and Quality Control (QC).
- Handle different types of devices including Windows laptops, MacBooks, and Gaming laptops.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RAM, SSD, HDD, display, keyboard, battery, charging, operating system, drivers, etc.
- Perform OS installation, software installation, driver installation, and basic configuration.
- Ensure laptops are fully functional and meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Identify defective components and coordinate for replacement or further repair.
- Maintain proper records of repaired and QC-checked devices.
- Follow company SOPs for repair, testing, and device handling.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting.
- Good technical knowledge of laptop hardware and software.
- Experience with Windows laptops and MacBooks preferred.
- Experience with Gaming laptops will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of laptop components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, display, keyboard, battery, motherboard, and charging systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication skills and a professional, presentable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
