Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Last Mile Delivery Supervisor to manage daily hub operations, supervise delivery executives (riders/drivers), and ensure fast, efficient and on-time delivery performance across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Mira Road.

Key Responsibilities

Hub Operations

- Oversee morning sorting, bag scanning, dispatching and run-sheet allocation.

- Ensure smooth and timely daily hub operations.

- Monitor shipment movement and dispatch processes.

Rider Management

- Manage rider attendance and shift scheduling.

- Handle rider onboarding, training and daily allocation.

- Track rider performance and payout-related activities.

- Resolve rider concerns and operational issues.

Delivery & SLA Management

- Monitor First Time Right (FTR) delivery rates.

- Ensure compliance with Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery (NDD) SLAs.

- Minimize undelivered shipments and RTOs.

- Track daily delivery performance and take corrective action where required.

Issue Resolution

- Resolve customer delivery-related complaints.

- Address rider grievances and operational challenges.

- Handle route-related issues and coordinate deliveries across Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Mira Road.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in delivery hub, dark store or last-mile operations.

- Experience in E-commerce, 10-Minute Delivery, Courier or Logistics Services preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Mira Road routes and local traffic conditions.

- Proficiency in logistics/delivery management apps and software.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily operational reporting.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team-handling skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience as a Delivery Supervisor, Hub Supervisor, Last Mile Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, Hub In-Charge or Operations Executive are preferred. Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan and Mira Road routes and local traffic conditions.
