Chemoplast is hiring a Marketing Executive Graduate for our office in Ghatkopar. We are seeking a driven professional with 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales to join our growing team.

## Job Overview

* Position: Marketing Executive Graduate

* Experience Required: 1 – 5 years in B2B Sales

* Education: Graduate (Any discipline, Marketing/Business preferred)

* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with last drawn salary and interview performance)

## Job Description & Responsibilities

* Lead Generation: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and industrial visits.

* Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen existing B2B client relationships to ensure repeat business.

* Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell Chemoplast products using solid arguments to prospective customers.

* Negotiation & Closure: Handle price negotiations, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Market Intelligence: Gather market and competitor information to provide feedback on industry trends.

* Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management team.

## Candidate Requirements

* Proven track record of 1 to 5 years in B2B corporate sales.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.

* Commute-friendly location or willingness to travel around Ghatkopar and client sites.
