Job Description
. He should assist in any of the office work as and when required.
· He should refill the water bottles of the staff as and when required.
· He should be aware of all the stationeries.
· He should keep the office tables, chairs, cupboards, book – shelves, cubicles and cabin clean and tidy.
· Before leaving from the office, he should check if all the systems, lights and fans and / or ACs are switched off and the windows and doors of all the cabins and cubicles are closed.
· Preparing the tea and serving Tea to the staff.
· He should serve lunch to directors.
· Sanitizing the office twice a day.
· Maintain clean and hygienic work environment.
