Operations Executive

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company selling on Amazon, and we are looking for a smart, organized fresher to join our team as an Operations Executive.

You don’t need any prior e-commerce experience—we will teach you everything from scratch! We just need you to have good basic computer skills, be comfortable using MS Excel, and know how to browse websites easily.

We have multiple openings across different teams. When you come for the interview, we will talk to you, see what you are naturally best at, and place you in the right department!

Where You Might Fit In (We Will Train You):

• Supplier Finding (Sourcing): Talking to suppliers online, asking for prices, negotiating deals, and getting product samples to our office.
• Daily Operations: Checking daily Amazon sales, updating stock records in MS Excel, and planning shipments to Amazon warehouses.
• Online Advertising: Learning how to run and track Amazon ads to boost our daily product sales.
• Finance & Accounts: Calculating product profit margins, tracking business expenses, and managing billing data in Excel.

What We Need From You:

• Good basic knowledge of computers, using the internet, and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills and basic math ability.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn how an online business works.
