Full-Time | In-Store / Dark Store | Warehouse Operations

👷 Roles & Responsibilities

1. PICKER

* Pick customer orders from store racks using the assigned system/app.

* Check product name, quantity and SKU before picking.

* Ensure the correct products are picked within the required time.

* Move picked items to the packing/dispatch area.

2. LOADER / UNLOADER

* Receive and unload incoming inventory from vehicles.

* Move cartons/products from the receiving area to the designated storage area.

* Load packed orders/inventory as required.

* Arrange stock properly and handle products safely.

* Support store operations during peak hours.

🏪 General Store Work

* Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.

* Follow FIFO/FEFO and inventory-handling processes where applicable.

* Report damaged, missing or incorrect products.

* Follow safety and operational procedures.

* Complete assigned work within the shift and productivity targets.

⏰ Shift & Working

* Day/Night shifts can vary by store and requirement.

* Typically 6 days working with 1 weekly off, depending on the location/role.

* This is an in-store job — no delivery work is required for these roles.

🎓 Eligibility

* Qualification: Generally 10th pass or above, depending on the opening.

* Experience: Freshers can apply for many openings.

* Basic reading/writing and smartphone handling may be required.

* Candidates should be comfortable with standing and physical warehouse work.
