Job Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the service team.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Manage table setup, mise en place, and section allocation.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
- Maintain menu knowledge and recommend dishes to guests.
- Promote upselling and suggestive selling to increase revenue.
- Ensure proper billing, order accuracy, and adherence to company procedures.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Monitor service inventory, equipment, and breakage control.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and train team members on service standards.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, and cashier.
- Support restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Report guest feedback, operational issues, and service incidents to management.
