Job Description

Supervise electricians, plumbers, HVAC and technical staff.

Handle technical emergencies and breakdowns.

Conduct staff briefings and safety training.

Coordinate with the Facility Manager and client.

Monitor daily preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC and MEP systems.

Attend and resolve technical complaints promptly.

Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors and AMC agencies.

Maintain maintenance reports, checklists and equipment logs.

Monitor technical materials, spares and inventory.
