Field Sales Executive – Gemstone Fashion Jewellery

Product: Handcrafted natural semi-precious gemstone jewellery made in brass with 18kt gold plating and anti-tarnish finish

Location:western(maharashtra,gujrat,goa) southern (tamilnadu, Karnataka n kerala)

Employment: Full-time, field-based

Responsibilities:

Visit jewellery retailers, fashion boutiques and accessory stores.

Present DUA collections and explain product features.

Develop new retailers, distributors and wholesale buyers.

Collect orders and coordinate dispatch and payment follow-ups.

Maintain relationships with existing buyers and generate repeat orders.

Visit at least 8–10 potential retailers daily.

Submit daily reports with shop name, contact details, outcome and next follow-up.

Conduct regular market surveys and report competitor products and pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of field-sales experience preferred.

Experience in jewellery, fashion accessories, apparel, cosmetics, handicrafts, FMCG or wholesale sales is desirable.

Strong knowledge of the assigned local market.

Comfortable travelling and meeting retailers daily.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Good communication, negotiation and order-closing skills.

Smartphone required for reporting, photographs and location check-ins.

Compensation:

Fixed salary: ₹10,000 per month

Commission: 5% on collected sales
