Job Description

Academic Counsellor – Female

Organisation: Gopi Birla Memorial School

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and online leads.
  • Counsel parents regarding curriculum, academics, facilities, fees and admission procedures.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records.
  • Coordinate school visits, assessments and parent interaction sessions.
  • Support admission events and outreach activities.
  • Achieve assigned admission targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions or academic counselling.
  • Excellent communication and parent-handling skills.
  • Strong follow-up, counselling and conversion abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
  • Prior school/education-sector experience preferred.
