Sales Co-ordinator

We are a trusted distributor of industrial motors, gearboxes, cables, and wires, serving customers across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Check customer enquiries received through email.

• Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.

• Offer applicable discounts as per company guidelines.

• Send quotations along with technical data sheets, catalogues, and drawings whenever required.

• Contact customers by phone or email if any information is missing in the enquiry.

• Coordinate with the sales team and suppliers for technical or commercial clarifications.

• Follow up with customers after sending quotations to convert them into purchase orders.

• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-up status.

• Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Make monthly courtesy calls to customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Timely updating of work on Dashboard.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi,Marathi

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations accurately.

• Good follow-up and customer handling skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
