Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on client enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and order trackers.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely delivery.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• RequirementsQualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience in interior products, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, or windows will be an advantage.
