Sales Manager – ParFlow Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Opera House | Full-time
About the Role
Build ParFlow’s sales function from the ground up, driving new business in domestic and export markets for high-pressure valves, fittings, and precision-machined components.
What You’ll Do
1.Prospect and convert new customers (domestic and export)
2.Build and manage the sales pipeline, from lead to closure
3.Pursue PSU/EPC channels, including our existing EIL registration
4.Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and terms
5.Represent ParFlow at exhibitions and customer meetings
6.Handle export documentation, Incoterms, and payment terms
7.Coordinate with Production and Quality on delivery and technical needs
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred); MBA an advantage
10+ years in sales of high-pressure tube fittings, valves, or a related field
Oil & Gas experience is a plus
Proven B2B/industrial new account development and closing record
Working knowledge of export sales cycles
Strong negotiation skills and a self-starter mindset
Growth Path: Head of Sales / Business Development Head
