Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries for our Interactive Flat Panel (Audio and Video) products. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Call and communicate with incoming leads and enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Interactive Flat Panel solutions.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Maintain lead and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations, demos, and order processing.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales, or educational/IT product sales preferred.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Candidates with experience selling Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Boards, Projectors, IT Hardware, or Educational Technology products will be preferred.
