Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Purchase Executive for technical spare-parts procurement and vendor management.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing technical components, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders, coordinating inventory requirements, tracking deliveries, and controlling procurement costs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource technical spare parts, equipment, and maintenance materials.
• Identify and manage vendors, OEMs, distributors, and local suppliers.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for spare-parts requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and critical spare-parts availability.
• Coordinate warranty claims, replacements, and supplier issues.
• Maintain procurement records and coordinate invoice verification.
• Support import logistics and documentation where required.

• Experience in technical spares, machinery, equipment, maintenance, manufacturing, gaming, amusement, bowling, or hospitality procurement preferred.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
