Store Sales Executive

Role summary

You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, both in our store and on video calls. You'll look after each customer from their first look at a saree to their feedback after delivery, so every customer gets a personal, trusted experience with Priyuja.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers. Show the collection, explain fabrics, weaves and drapes, and help each customer pick the right piece.
• Run video-call shopping sessions with customers across India and abroad, showing products live and closing sales on the call.
• Own the full customer journey: order confirmation, payment follow-up, dispatch and delivery.
• Track every shipment and keep customers updated until their parcel arrives.
• Sort out delivery delays, exchanges and returns quickly and politely.
• Follow up after purchase to get feedback, reviews and photos of customers wearing their sarees.
• Tell existing customers about new collections, launches and offers through WhatsApp, calls and messages.
• Share customer feedback and demand trends with the team to help shape future collections.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years in retail, fashion or customer-facing sales (sarees or ethnic wear preferred)
• Confident and comfortable on camera, with good presentation skills
• Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)
• Organized and dependable about follow-ups
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, video-call tools and basic CRM or spreadsheets
• A real interest in sarees, textiles and Indian craftsmanship

What success looks like

Strong conversion on visits and video calls, customers who always know where their order is, high repeat-purchase rates and good reviews.
