Job Description

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
  • Manage student fee collections, receipts, payment entries, and outstanding fee records.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
  • Maintain records of vendor payments, employee expenses, and other operational costs.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle GST and TDS documentation and compliance, wherever applicable.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and academy-related transactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
