B2B Telesales

We are looking for a B2B Sales / Telesales Executive responsible for generating business through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to B2B customers, dealers, distributors and business clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain regular follow-up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
• Willing to make cold calls to prospective B2B clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and lead generation. 
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and strong follow-up ability.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and email communication.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer products or distribution will be an advantage.
