We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Bhagwati Foam Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers in our Retail Showroom.

Location : Andheri West

Total Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job Description:

• Greeting customers and educating them about the products
• Studying the features of Mattresses
• Arranging Mattress stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Show products to the customers and generate sales
• Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Actively engage with customers to promote products and drive sales
• Utilise persuasive selling techniques to up-sell and cross-sell products
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing

Requirement :

• Well-groomed, Presentable, Sincere, Punctual & Honest
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing
• Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
• Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with word / excel / power point
