Job Description: Waterwise Systems is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations at our Mumbai office.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Advise management on organizational change, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate with MBA in HR (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resource management.
• Age: Between 24 – 50 years.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
