Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive business
growth by identifying potential clients, pitching our solutions, and closing sales. The ideal
candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
● Present company's products and services in a clear and professional manner
● Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
● Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
● 1 year to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Ability to understand client needs and pitch solutions effectively
● Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
● Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
● Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Work Details
● Working Days: Monday to Saturday
● Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
