JR Cash N Carry is a fast-growing FMCG wholesale and e-commerce company serving customers across India through marketplaces and our own online platform. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online operations, improve sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Woo-commerce the JR Cash N Carry website.
* Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
* Upload new products, update prices, offers, stock, and catalogue information.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock-outs.
* Process and monitor customer orders from order receipt to delivery.
* Resolve listing issues, suppression, blocked ASINs, and catalog errors.
* Coordinate with marketplace support for escalations and account health.
* Monitor advertising campaigns and recommend improvements.
* Track daily sales, returns, cancellations, and performance metrics.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Coordinate with purchase, accounts, warehouse, and customer support teams.
* Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company SOPs.
* Support new marketplace launches and expansion projects.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
* Good understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings is an advantage.
* Experience with ERP/WMS software is preferred.
Preferred Qualification
* Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years+ of experience in e-commerce operations (FMCG experience preferred).

* Daily order processing accuracy: 99%+
* Listing accuracy: 99%+
* Inventory accuracy: 98%+
* Order cancellation rate: <2%
* Return rate reduction
* On-time listing updates
* Sales growth and marketplace performance
* Customer satisfaction and issue resolution time
Salary
* ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
