Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with developers, builders, property owners and channel partners, and bringing quality inventory into the company's portfolio.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource new residential and commercial real estate projects/properties.
• Identify and connect with builders, developers, landlords, property owners and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers and owners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, commissions and business agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and new property opportunities.
• Evaluate properties based on location, pricing, demand, project potential and commercial viability.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of properties/projects.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing teams for new project launches.
• Collect and verify complete project/property details, pricing, inventory and relevant documents.
• Stay updated with local real estate market trends, competitor projects and upcoming developments.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits with developers/property owners.
• Maintain proper records of sourced properties and follow up until closure/onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and onboarding targets.
• Ensure smooth handover of newly sourced projects to the sales team.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, business development, acquisitions, channel sales or developer relations.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
• Ability to independently identify and onboard new projects.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Candidates with existing relationships with builders/developers will be preferred.
