Job Description

Recruitment – 70%

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other portals.
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and follow up.
  • Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

HR Operations – 30%

  • Handle employee queries and HR coordination.
  • Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
