Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for nurturing relationships and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Review their accounts and discuss opportunities for further collaboration.
• Client Retention and Growth:
• Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services.
• Monitor client feedback and address any concerns to improve overall client experience.
• Service Delivery:
• Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that commitments and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on client status, including satisfaction levels and potential areas for improvement.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Market and Industry Knowledge:
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with relevant information and advice.
• Share market insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve any client issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of problems.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass . Freshers can also apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
