Job SummaryAARS Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Head to lead our operations and ensure smooth end-to-end execution of exhibition stand and event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Operations & Project Execution team.
• Handle end-to-end execution of exhibition stalls and projects.
• Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, logistics, production, installation, and dismantling.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Accounts, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Manage fabrication, logistics, transportation, and on-site execution.
• Monitor project costs, vendor performance, and resource utilization.
• Handle multiple domestic and international exhibition projects simultaneously.
• Resolve site-level issues, last-minute changes, and execution challenges.
• Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Lead, train, and improve the performance of the operations team.
• Travel to exhibition venues and project sites as required.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or related roles.
• Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, fabrication, interior fit-outs, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of fabrication, carpentry, electrical, printing, branding, logistics, and installation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for project execution.
