Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Recommend beverages and suggest menu items based on customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and in the beverage preparation area.
• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and billing transactions when required.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Ensure the quality, taste, presentation, and consistency of all beverages.
• Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and beverage-making equipment.
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Educational Qualification- Minimum 10th or 12th pass; hospitality or food and beverage training is an advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in a cafe, coffee shop, hotel, or restaurant.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
