Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, coordinating with candidates/clients, maintaining records, and preparing and updating Excel sheets.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to candidates, clients, and contacts as required.
• Explain job opportunities, interview details, and other relevant information clearly.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel sheets and databases.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate details, follow-ups, and interview status.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide necessary information to candidates.
• Perform data entry and ensure all records are updated accurately.
• Support the HR/recruitment team in daily activities.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
• Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Ability to make calls confidently and professionally.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of maintaining Excel records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
