FINANCE TELECALLER – JOB DESCRIPTIONPositionFinance Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive / Sales Executive
Job ObjectiveThe primary responsibility of a Finance Telecaller is to generate new customer leads through outbound calling, understand customers' financial requirements, explain suitable loan and financial products, and convert potential prospects into qualified leads and loan applications.
The candidate will be responsible for building a strong customer pipeline through regular calling, effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship management. The role requires a target-oriented approach with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and sales performance.
