🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage, guide, and motivate a team of Collection Executives.
• Set collection strategies and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Monitor team performance, including collection rates, customer interactions, feedback & trails.
• Ensure the team follows all applicable company policies, collection processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and regularly follow up to increase the company’s portfolio size.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop effective strategies to onboard new collection portfolios.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with the concerned department for effective manpower deployment.
• Train, educate, support, and motivate team members to achieve their daily targets and performance goals.
• Monitor DRA certification within the cluster and encourage team members to complete the required certification.
• Ensure availability of required designated ID cards for employees working on different portfolios.
• Identify individual team members’ strengths and development areas and provide appropriate guidance to improve performance.
• Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution of collection-related issues.
• Share regular collection performance and portfolio updates with management.
