Relationship Manager - Retail
- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Bring in new retail customers through direct outreach, networking, and local market leads.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with an assigned base of retail banking customers.
- Cross-Selling & Sales: Recommend tailored retail products such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and insurance.
- Issue Resolution: Handle daily customer requests, queries, and complaints quickly and professionally.
- CRM Tracking: Log all client meetings, data inputs, and pipeline updates accurately using CRM software.
