Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and visit potential customers including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed business.
Promote MaxVolt products to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Field Sales Activities
Conduct regular field visits in the assigned region.
Perform product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Achieving Sales Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Contribute to market expansion plans and strategies.
Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager for territory development.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
Foster repeat business opportunities.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Gather market intelligence related to pricing, competition, and customer needs.
Share regular insights to support business decisions.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and support.
