Job Description
- Showroom Sales Executive – Two-Wheeler DealershipAttend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers and finance/EMI options.
- Arrange and assist customers with test rides and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, references and local activities.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert them into bookings and sales.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO and accounts teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain customer enquiry, booking and sales records.
- Assist in vehicle delivery and explain basic vehicle operations to customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and generate referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support dealership promotional activities.
