BMS Operator

Managing IBMS

•   Monitor the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for alarms

•   Proactively identify improvements to reduce BMS-related system failures and improve building efficiency

•   Routinely check for correct operation of all equipment under BMS control

•   Adjust variables and system settings as required to keep operations within parameters

Incident Management cum Tracking

•   Carry out remote fixes to resolve alarms; where not possible, raise a work order/incident ticket for contractor/partner investigation

•   Follow up to ensure incidents are satisfactorily closed and issues resolved

•   Follow up on Root Cause Analysis to ensure satisfactory closure

•   Reduce system alarms, lockouts, overrides, and offline conditions through accurate calibration and adjustment of field sensors and switches

•   Provide technical advice and input on BMS development opportunities

Monthly MIS

•   Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports, trends, and abnormality analyses

•   Prepare detailed reports, technical communications, and dashboards on work carried out

•   Implement energy-saving initiatives through additional monitoring or control system modifications

RCA Management

•   Follow up with partners to obtain Root Cause Reports

•   Prepare internal Root Cause Analyses to ensure satisfactory closure

Quality, Safety & ISO Compliance

•   Promptly report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions or practices

•   Maintain safety standards in line with Company Health, Safety & Environment policy

•   Follow Company Quality System requirements and standards
