# Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive

**Location:** Thane / Navi Mumbai

## About the Role

Brickfolio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and confident Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the local property market.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in residential properties.*

Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.

* Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.

* Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert leads into successful bookings.*

Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM system.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.*

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new property launches.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a channel partner firm.*

Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Knowledge of the Thane or Navi Mumbai real estate market.*

Experience using CRM software and working in a system-driven sales environment.

* Proactive attitude with strong follow-up and target-achievement skills.*

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for property visits.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.*
