• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and develop new B2B, enterprise, SMB, and distributor business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads through field sales and marketing activities.
• Present products/services and effectively communicate their business value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
• Execute planned marketing strategies and sales efforts to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data using basic computer tools.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive opportunities.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEE:
• xperienced Field Sales Executive with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of B2B, Enterprise, SMB, Distributor, and Field Sales.
• Good communication, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting business clients.
• Must have a two-wheeler, valid driving license, and laptop.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
• 📈 Salary will be based on skills & experience
• 🎁 Incentives: ₹20,000+ based on performance
