Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, draft employment contracts, and lead orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, mediate disputes, and support a positive company culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and performance incentives.
