Project Engineer

Job Summary

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of Low Voltage Systems (LVS).

You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to implement high-quality security solutions that adhere to industry standards.

Your role will require proficiency in FIRE Alarm, PA Systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems, IP Surveillance, Suppression Systems, and BMS Integration.

Additionally, you will be responsible for project management, site supervision, and the use of AutoCAD for SLD and BOQ design.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation Management: Supervise the installation and configuration of ELV systems.

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal system performance.

- Technical Support: Provide client training, documentation, and assistance with operational inquiries.

- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects, liaise with vendors, schedule installations, and ensure timely completion.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system designs, configurations, and maintenance schedules.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ELV systems meet industry standards and legal regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in ELV system design, installation, and maintenance, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

- Technical Skills:- Expertise in ELV hardware and software.

- Strong understanding of network infrastructure.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and specifications.

- Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in ELV technology (such as Honeywell, EST, Siemens, Bosch, or Hikvision) are preferred.
