Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and drive gym membership sales.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Generate leads and convert them into gym memberships
  • Handle enquiries, walk-ins, calls, and follow-ups
  • Explain membership plans, offers, and fitness services to customers
  • Conduct gym tours and convert prospects into members
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
  • Achieve monthly sales and membership targets
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records


Requirements :


  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in gym/fitness, retail, real estate, B2C, or similar sales will be an advantage
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
